Since 2012
The tastiest food is healthy and homemade — even when served quickly. Since starting our first Hibachi restaurant in Murfreesboro, we have only done one single thing:
Our respect for fresh ingredients came early. Uncle Be and Aunt Anna had taken us under their wings, teaching us American and Japanese cooking traditions and recipes. As cousins we grew up together, and learned the restaurant business from the ground up.

We begin each day by preparing fresh ingredients. Raw vegetables are chopped, ready to go onto the grill. Then the best cuts of meat are carefully prepared and seasoned. We NEVER use frozen meats — EVER! Only high quality chicken tenderloin and USDA Choice-Grade sirloin steak. Careful preparation lets us cook a delicious meal for you in just minutes!
All of our fresh made to order meals are served with fried rice , sweet carrots and our homemade Koji Sauce
